Fits H&H gooseneck trailers with either a 4.5″ square or 100mm (3-15/16″) round stem with angled pin holes (pin not straight) or 4″ round stems with straight pin holes (pin not at an angle). The replacement inner tube stem has 3 adjustment holes and the coupler extends 3″ forward from the factory location or you can also order it with a 9″ offset gooseneck coupler.
