Free Returns

We want you to be totally satisfied, as part of our Shock Hitch Guarantee, we offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

  1. To start a return, contact us. Please give us a call at 701-967-8577 or use our contact us form.
  2. Receive RMA #. We will email you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) along with the return shipping label to send the item back.
  3. Pack it up & ship back. Pack the item in its’ original packaging. Include all items and note any missing parts. Re-enforce the packaging if needed to back sure it won’t get damaged in the return shipping process.
  4. Get refund or new item. Once the item is received back and inspected, we’ll issue your refund right sway or ship the new item.

Items Not Eligible for Returns

  • Custom made or special order products, unless it’s our fault. Shocker Hitch will cover all costs associated with the return of special order or custom made products if you placed an order over the phone and we shipped the wrong item.
  • Items that have been modified, drilled or cut.
  • Items outside of our warranty policy

Return Reasons

Defective Product: If an item arrives defective, let us know want we will make it right

Damage Product: If an item arrives with shipping damage, call us 701-967-8577 or use our contact us form so we can file a ship damage claim and get you a replacement shipped out right way in accordance with our shipping policy.

Incorrect Product: If you receive an incorrect order, please call us 701-967-8577 or use our contact us form. We will make arrangements to ship out the correct item and pickup the incorrect item.

Lost Package: If your package tracking information says delivered but you haven’t received it yet, please call us 701-967-8577 or use our contact us form . We’ll get in touch with the shipper and track it down. If we can’t locate it, we will ship a new product and handle the lost package claim with this shipper.

Warranty Claim

  1. To start a warranty claim, contact us. Please give us a call at 701-967-8577 or use our contact us form. Please provide information on the part #, what is defective and provide pictures. To speed up warranty claims, please complete our product warranty registration form.
  2. Confirmation. We will confirm purchase date and determine if the item is still under warranty. If the item qualifies for warranty, we will process your request in accordance with our warranty policy
