Order Processing Time:
We want to get your order shipped out as fast as possible. We do our best to make that happen. If it’s in stock, we ship it out within 24 to 48 hours business hours. Items that are customized or special orders, however, have varied production times and may take a little longer to ship out. If you have questions about estimated processing times, just contact us ! Sales tax is applicable for purchases shipped to the following states: Minnesota & North Dakota
If you’re sales tax exempt in any of these states, give us a call at contact us prior to purchasing. We’ll need a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate before the sale in order to proceed without sales tax. Note that we do not process sales tax exemptions after a sale has been made.
Sometimes items are on back-order. If this is the case, we will generally note it on the applicable product on our website. If for some reason an item is on back-order status, we’ll give you some options, including substitute offers or the option to wait for your original order.
If we’re unable satisfy your order due to an extended back-order, we’ll refund your money and let you know when the item will again be available for purchase.
Order Changes or Cancellations:
Adding to a Placed Order
Need something added to an existing order? Give us a call at 701-967-8577 or use our contact us form and we’ll do our best to get everything shipped together, if possible.
Canceling an Order
To cancel an order, please call our Customer Service department at 701-967-8577. All order cancellation requests are given top priority, though it may take 24 to 48 hours to confirm your request. Because of this, there’s a good chance that your package will already be on its way. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the merchandise through our normal returns process.
Wrong Shipping Address:
If for some reason the wrong shipping address was used on your order, please give us a call at 701-967-8577 or use our contact us form. Depending on the processing and shipping speed, we can attempt to change the address before it ships. If the item has already shipped, we can try to reroute the package mid-delivery, which may result in an additional charge.
We strive on getting your order shipped quickly. Sometimes delays do happen. Orders can be delayed from a number of reasons; weather, billing and banking information mis-matches, fraud audit process, differences in shipping and billing addresses, and ship carrier errors. If your order is delayed, we’ll let you know.
