Orders shipped to the continental United States receive free ground shipping via Fed Ex Ground or Fed Ex Home Delivery, UPS ground, USPS or Speedee Delivery. Orders outside of the continental US are shipped at published rates.
In-stock orders usually take 24-48 business day hours to ship out of our manufacturing facility located in Arthur, ND. During towing season, please allow 3-5 days for items to ship out. Ground shipping orders in the continental US generally reach our customers in 3-5 business days depending on your location. If for some reason an item is on back-order or delayed, we will let you know. Custom or special order items have longer processing times.
Once your order is shipped, we will email you the shipping details along with the shipping carrier and tracking number.
Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska are shipped out at published rates. To find the rates, add the item to you shipping cart and enter the ship to address to calculate the shipping rates.

Items are shipped from the US to Canada. When you buy the item, you are the importer of record & must pay import duties, taxes and fees when the products arrive in Canada. You authorize carriers to pay this amount to Canadian authorities on your (or the recipient’s) behalf. The payment of import fees is the responsibility of the importer (You) & is levied based on the laws where it is shipped.

Shipping & Receipt
Generally items shipped via ground service do not require a signature upon delivery. Truck freight shipments do require careful inspection and signature for delivery. Sometimes carriers may require signature if they feel leaving may be risky.
If your order arrives with shipping damage, please give us a call at 701-707-2666 or use our contact us form right away. We will take the needed action to file the ship damage claim and make arrangements to ship a replacement out as quickly as possible. Please take photo’s of the damage package and/or product and prepare the item for pickup.
If for some reason, you have not received an item that shows that it has been delivered, please give us a call at 701-707-2666 or use our contact us form so was can look into what is going on. Often lost shipments can be located within 1-3 days.
Large orders may be shipped via freight deliver. We will let you know if that is the case with your order. We want to make sure your order gets to you as quick and safe as possible. We partner with the best freight carriers possible that specialize in truck freight shipments. If your order qualifies for our free ground shipping*, then the truck freight shipping would also be free to the continental US. Most truck freight shipments are delivered in 5-7 business days after they leave our manufacturing facility.
For truck freight shipments, the driver make call you in advance to arrange a delivery appointment. Make sure the shipping phone # is correct on your order to prevent delays.
Make sure you carefully inspect the truck freight shipment. If damage is present in the packaging or product, DO NOT ACCEPT Delivery and DO NOT SIGN the delivery receipt. Return the paperwork to the driver and call us right away at 701-707-2666.
If the shipment arrived to you via semi truck, the customer is responsible for removing the order from the truck and to the desired location.
