Note: Fits Freedom gooseneck trailers that have either a 4″ square or 100mm (3-15/16″) square inner tube stem. Comes with left to right holes for the pin. The Gooseneck surge air hitch replaces the factory stem and coupler. Replacement inner tube stem has 3 adjustment holes and the coupler extends 3″ forward from factory location or you can also order it with a 9″ offset coupler for short bed pickup trucks.
