Note: Fits Take 3 gooseneck trailers that have a 4″ square stem & our stem has 3 height adjustment holes, which are straight, for the pin. The Shocker gooseneck surge air hitch completely replaces your factory stem and coupler in minutes. Replacement inner tube stem has 3 adjustment holes, and the coupler extends 3″ forward from factory location or you can also order it with a 9″ extension gooseneck coupler, which is great for extra cab clearance or if you are towing a gooseneck trailer with a short bed pickup truck.
