First off I called Shocker directly to ask a few questions, the lady who answered the phone had the same hitch as I was wanting to get. Answered every question and was the most knowledgeable person I’ve ever dealt with and had only been working for a short time there. I hope my hitch works as hard their employees do. So far I’m loving it on the rough roads in NC.
