These Shocker gooseneck stem with coupler has a shorter stem then a normal gooseneck stem and is designed for to be used with the Shocker Replacement Gooseneck Pin Box for 5th Wheel Campers. It can be also used with bolt over 5th wheel to RV gooseneck adapters from other brands, however towing capacity is limited by the lowest rated component. These Shocker gooseneck couplers cannot be used on a normal gooseneck trailer as the inner tube stem is too short for that application.
