      Yes, you can replace the shank with any size needed. These replacement shanks will fit any Shocker HD or Standard Air Receiver as well as the Impact or XRC cushion hitch. You can also use a reducer sleeve on the 2-1/2" receiver down to a 2" if you would like to go that route. Our hitches do work with sleeves.

      Yes, you can replace your 2.5" shank with a 2" shank. These shanks will work with any  Shocker air receiver hitch, Shocker HD air hitch, Shocker Impact & XRC cushion hitches.

      I wanted to have the option to use my hitch in a 2″ and a 2.5″ hitch. It’s easy to swap over. Both shanks are heavy duty. I did not want to use a sleeve. We don’t tow anywhere without our shocker
