The warranty department quickly sent the replacement out and was received with no damage

very heavy duty was not wanting to spend this much money but did not want buyer’s remorse and buying a cheaper one and then selling it for half price then having to get a good one very well built

First off, I ordered the wrong hitch. After a considerable time, I finally was getting to the install and verifying what I needed versus what I had. James set me up pretty easy and quickly. I received the new weight distribution w/chain set up and installed it myself. The one thing I can say I changed was the metal screws were changed to a 7/16-14x1in bolt.
I wanted the Shocker Hitch WD w/chain for simplicity and the reduction of what I call road feed back. I can simply say that the hitch I have has exceeded expectations. Between my wife and my dogs they have made a believer out of me. The Hitch itself is substantial so if you’re over 70 yrs old or have a bad back I would say check it out prepurchase. But if you can handle the weight that this the best hitch I have found. It appears to be extremely versatile with all the different attachments you can swap out. 10 out of 10 I’d buy again!

i’ve had 3 camping trailers over the last 30 years or so. i drove semi trucks for 40 years. back in 2022 i bought a new ford f250 diesel to pull my 23′ toy hauler trailer. i up graded to the shocker HD hitch . they are the “BEST”. makes it so smooth the only problem you’ll have is a sore neck from looking in the mirror to see if the trailer is still there.

Consistent high quality of everything I purchase from Shockerhitch. This adapter changes our 2 1/2 inch receiver Shockerhitch from a pintle hitch to a 2 5/16 ball hitch and it worked perfectly. Highly recommend not just for comfort but to reduce wear and tear on vehicles.

Easy to install and comes with stainless steel hardware to prevent rust. It fits great on my aluminum trailer.

LED lights came as expected. Nice white light and seems to be of good quality at a better price than the competitors.

Nice pins, work well, unfortunately not a match for a battery powered grinder with a cut off wheel. My first Shocker hitch was stolen off of my truck, despite having the locking pins. I liked the hitch and the locking pins enough that I ordered them again, I just won’t leave the hitch on the truck unless a trailer is attached. Lesson learned.

This is my second shocker hitch. The first one was so good that someone actually stole it off my truck. The hitch makes hauling so much better. The ride in the tow vehicle is much improved and it makes the trailer and the equipment almost float down the road. Extremely satisfied.
