Excellent product

Bump Stop Cushion Kit fit exactly. Installed with no problems. Shocker Hitch was already on the trailer when I bought it, so age is unknown.

I bought this hitch 3 years ago and have loved it ever since. I Know it doesn’t look pretty anymore, but when you are using it everyday with many different trailers and weights this thing look like Gold. Easy to install easy to use. I have been stopped by many people to get a look at this hitch and two police officers. I live where people use there trucks for life and need things that can stand up to the hard work and weather. Since I rarely have anytime to write a review, I thought I would take my time and write one for this product. So all that said Love the product and I will be buying a gooseneck version from you later this month.

This is by far the best air hitch and set up for my Airstream trade wind trailer. Hook it up, set the air pressure and hit the road. It’s way smoother towing and the gear inside my airstream camper isn’t bouncing around either. Very impressed the the Shocker max air hitch.

Shocker Rocks!! I’ve used many other “so called” cushion type hitches and not one of them compares to the Shocker Air Hitch!!

Bought an HD 20k hitch. Works way better than I expected. Logan was great during the purchase process answering all of my questions and making sure I understood everything.

This hitch has performed very well, it works perfectly . My truck is pretty stout so has the capacity to bumper pull my 25 foot Airstream Trailer without Weight Distribution. . My only complaint is it should be designed to extend a little further away from the receiver hitch so my tailgate would open better.
There are times if setup is not level the tailgate hits jack.

This trailer looks very robust and, although I haven’t put it to the test yet, I can already say it is very well built. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of its design, and its elegant red color gives it a perfect balance between subtlety and strength.
I would also like to highlight the excellent support team. From the very beginning, I was assisted by James, who proved to be highly professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the entire process.
As a suggestion for improvement, I believe the shipping protection could be reinforced a bit more. I understand that this is a heavy item, but additional packaging would help ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Overall, I give this product a five-star rating for its build quality. Once I have the chance to fully test it, I will gladly update my review to share my experience with its performance.

The raised ball mount was a necessity for my F150, in order for my trailer to be adjusted to the proper height of 19″. It is exceptionally built and methodically engineered. My experience with Shoker customer service is second to none! Very responsive to email and phone communication and you get to talk with an American citizen with your questions. Top shelf service.

This is a simple well thought out little product. If you don’t want to waste a bunch of time wiring your race car, especially to the rear, then this works very well for some light to service the car in the dark and for the interior so you can see putting on your belts. Going to order another one.
