The hitch is a Christmas gift for my husband, so I can’t attest to it’s quality or functionality yet. The sales guy, James, was amazing though! He helped me pick out exactly what I needed without having to ask my husband anything to insure that I was able to keep it a secret. One of the boxes had a big hole in it when it arrived, but to be fair, it wasn’t a bag of feathers in those boxes. The worst part about this whole experience was having to pick up and hide not one, but 2 big and heavy boxes from someone that gets into EVERYTHING – by myself. I’m sure he’ll love it… next month!! :0)
