Orders shipped to the continental United States receive free ground shipping via UPS ground, Fed Ex Ground, Fed Ex Home, USPS or Spee-Dee Delivery. Orders outside of the continental US are shipped at published rates. In-stock items generally ship out the same day. Or if after 2pm central standard time, in stock items would ship the next business day. Orders ship out of our facility located in Jamestown, ND. Ground shipping orders in the continental US generally reach our customers in 3-5 business days depending on your location. If for some reason an item is on back-order or delayed, we will let you know. Custom or special order items have longer processing times. Once your order is shipped, we will email you the shipping details along with the shipping carrier and tracking number
