I have not used this product yet, but I have owned a shocker hitch and other attachments for over 8 years now. I will not tow unless I have my shocker on my 2020 Tundra. I cannot give up the level of comfort or the feeling of complete confidence that the products provides. If you purchase the shocker and a few attachments your truck is set for a lifetime of towing ease. Pintle, conventional ball, farm equipment, rear tow strap attachment point, this system allows you to be prepared for any towing requirement that comes up.
