great product makes trailer and truck ride so much better! we had a mishap while loading the pickup with the trailer hooked on and damaged the air valve which made the air bag useless but since it was still in warranty Shocker replaced it for no charge!! Great service!Thanks

I love this hitch. I tow several very delicate expensive trailers and this makes not only the ride smoother but I feel that it is preserving all the bolts, rivets, and screw attachments through out my trailers.

Shipping was fast and simple install. Old bolts were seized so I had to drill them out, when I asked if they came with new bolts they included them in for me.
