Replacement stem & gooseneck coupler has 3 adjustment holes and the coupler extends 3″ forward from factory location or you can also order it 9″ forward for short bed pickup trucks. WHAT A GREAT PRODUCT! after pulling a trailer for year and dealing with the surge, I never thought it could pull so smooth. very easy to install, great latching lever, and makes the trailer/ truck combination a pleasure to drive. wish i had done this years ago
