Fits Horizon gooseneck trailers with either a 4.5" Square, 4" round stem, or 100mm (3-15/16") round stem. The replacement inner tube stem has 3 adjustment holes and the coupler extends 3" forward from the factory location or you can also order it with a 9" offset coupler for short-bed pickup trucks.

Note:  Horizon gooseneck trailers have stems that are 4.5" square or 4" round, or older (before 2023) models have a 100mm (3-15/16") round stem.  The Shocker gooseneck surge air hitch attaches easily to your trailer.
