    Shift Lock Bracket and Handle Installation

    Use the size-specific kit for your 2-5/16-inch or 3-inch Shift Lock coupler. Match the bracket, studs and U-pin arrangement to the illustrated guide; it is not a stem-installation or weld-on-coupler guide.

    Install the U-pin in the lower holes above the coupler guard, place the open end of the handle at the center of the U-pin and slide the bracket assembly onto the protruding studs. Tighten the two bracket lock nuts with a 3/4-inch socket until there is no play between the bracket and frame. No numerical torque is specified in this guide. These bracket nuts are separate from the moving handle pivot hardware, which must remain free to move.

      Somehow must have ordered the wrong part cause body of the piece was a different one on my previous shocker. I’m not making a big deal of it as I took it apart and used the pices to fix the one I already had. This company is great and every dealing I’ve had with them the owners truly care and make a great product
