Note:  This is for Hart gooseneck trailers with 4" round stem. The replacement stem is blank for no pin holes and uses existing set of bolts. The Gooseneck surge air hitch replaces the factory stem and coupler. Replacement gooseneck stem does not have pin holes and the coupler extends 3" forward from factory coupler location or you can also order it with a 9" forward extension coupler for short bed pickup trucks.
